2. How we use your information
- Price and dispatch your pickup to an approved local Hauler.
- Communicate about your booking, changes, and receipts.
- Screen and verify Hauler applicants (identity, driver's license, insurance, and vehicle documentation).
- Improve our services, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum information needed to complete your job. Haulers see the items, photos, pickup address, access notes, and payout for jobs they claim. We also share data with service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, identity and document verification, analytics, hosting) under contracts that limit their use of your data.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep booking and application records for as long as we need them to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your choices

7. Children's privacy
HaulHub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
