1. About HaulHub
HaulHub operates an online marketplace that helps customers book curbside junk removal pickups. Actual pickups are performed by independent local hauling professionals ("Haulers") who are not employees of HaulHub. By using our site or services you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Booking and estimates
Prices shown at checkout are estimates based on the items you select and the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the items, volume, weight, location, or accessibility differ from what you told us — for example, items that are not curbside, hazardous, or that exceed the selected load. We will contact you before making any material change.
3. Items we cannot remove
Haulers cannot pick up hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, ammunition, medical waste, asbestos, or refrigerants that have not been evacuated. If prohibited items are included, the Hauler may refuse pickup of those items.
4. Payment
You authorize HaulHub (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the estimated price at booking or the final price after pickup, as disclosed at checkout. Tips are optional and go directly to the Hauler.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking at no cost up to two hours before the scheduled pickup window. Cancellations after the Hauler has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
6. Property and liability
Please make sure all items are placed curbside or in the agreed-upon location and that pathways are clear. HaulHub and its Haulers are not responsible for damage that results from unsafe placement, hidden hazards, or items left inside a home or garage without prior written confirmation of an interior-pickup upgrade.
7. User content
Photos and details you upload help us price your job and dispatch the right Hauler. You grant HaulHub a limited license to use that content to fulfill your booking and improve our services.
8. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulHub disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulHub's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated terms on this page with a new "last updated" date.
